Ordering Minimums:
We require a 2,000 seed order minimum, and a 1,000 seed minimum per variety. This is enough seed for approximately 1 acre.

Who Can Buy Our Seeds?
We only sell to individuals or companies holding a valid state industrial hemp license/registration.

Seed Price
$1 each for feminized seeds unless otherwise noted

Germination rate
Our seeds have been tested and shown to have a rate of 90-95% germination.

Feminization
We test our seeds before releasing so you know the feminization rate of the seeds you are buying. We expect >99.9% feminization on our seeds. However, occasionally our rate goes down a few percentage points with our summer production seeds and we price those seeds accordingly. Walking the field is a necessary process to minimize the impact of male pollen disbursement, even with high feminization rates of > 99.97% (4000:1, or 1 male every 2 acres). <99% feminized seeds provide a great value to farmers looking to save a little extra money.

Deposits
50% deposit, a signed material transfer agreement, and a current industrial hemp license are required to guarantee seed.

Order Processing
Orders can be placed electronically through our website store, directly via phone or in person. After the order is placed, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions and a request for (1) a copy of your hemp license and (2) a signed material transfer agreement.
